A: We partner with Australia Post to provide delivery services.

Q: I placed an order but haven't received my parcel. What should I do?
A: No need to worry – we guarantee your order will arrive safely. If it goes missing during delivery, we'll organise a replacement. If you still haven't received it and can't reach us for assistance, you can lodge a refund request through PayPal.

Q: What should I do if there's a quality issue with my product after purchase?

A: Not to worry - if you experience any product defects within 15 days of the date your order was delivered (as per tracking confirmation), just send through photos/video clearly showing the issue. We'll organise a refund or replacement straight away

Q: Are payments secure?
A: Yes. We use SSL encryption and partner with trusted payment gateways PayPal. We do not store your card details.
